Hi, I’m Derek Boone, Operations and Production Manager at Boone Labs. My journey in cannabis started in the legacy market many years ago and evolved into a full-scale career when my family founded Boone Labs. I worked my way up from washing material to producing live rosin in all its forms, and in September 2025, I officially took over Operations and Production, now overseeing daily lab functions alongside an incredible team. My focus has always been simple—produce the highest quality rosin in its purest form. “Fire in, fire out” isn’t just a saying, it’s the standard behind everything we do.
